Advanced training for teaching staffs
Module I (2 hours)
Introduction do different methods:
You will get to know different methods which are the basis for self-dependent learning. You will work self-dependently yourself getting familiar with the methods. As soon as the changed forms of learning and teaching are understood the rest is a walk in the park.
Module II (2 hours)
Introduction to teamtraining:
"Everyone does whatever he/she wants to,
Nobody does what he/she should do,
But everybody is involved!"
To avoid this happening you will concentrate on forms of teamwork. Only a few comcepts are sufficient to make teams work efficiently.
Module III (3 - 4 hours)
Introduction to communication training:
You will learn how to coach pupils to speak freely in front of an audience. Steps on the the way are the production of prompt cards and free associations to photos. Furthermore you will get to know the communication model of the German theoretician Friedemann Schulz von Thun.
Module IV (1 - 2 hours)
Implementation at your school:
Everything learnt and whereto now? With this module you will concentrate on the implementation of these methods at your school. From planning to realization.
Module V (Individual coaching / supervision)
Help with the development of individual method / training spirals for your school.
